Monkey Business Invitations and Announcements is your source for customized designer invitations. Choose from our various designs and customize each with your own wording, text style and text color.

Online Ordering

Customization - Once you have selected the invitation or announcement you would like to order, please fill out the text you would like to appear on the card, choose a typestyle, choose a text color and enter an email address to send your proof to. (Please be sure and include this information or we will not be able to send you a proof and complete your order). Once you have completed choosing the customization for your card, click order and it will take you to our order page where you will enter your shipping and credit card information.

Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Sales Tax - As required by law, we collect sales tax for any orders shipping within the state of Texas. The tax is calculated automatically and you can review it on your order summary.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges will also be calculated automatically and can be reviewed on your order summary. Shipping charges are based on the type of shipping you selected (for example: Next Day Air), the final destination of your shipment and the quantity you are orderiing. Order Confirmation - Once you have completed the online order information we will send you an email confirming your order.

Proofing - After you have received your order confirmation, you will receive a proof via email of your invitation or announcement with your customized information the following business day. Once your proof is emailed to you, please reply with your approval or you can print, sign and fax your proof to 817-453-0039. If you need to make changes to your proof, either make the changes on your printed copy and fax it back to the number listed above or email the changes to customer service. Your changes will be made and a new proof will be sent to you within one business day.

Printing - All orders are printed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been printed it will ship out the method you chose for your order.

Shipping - You can choose to have your order shipped Next Day, 2 Day or Ground. PLEASE NOTE: Selecting Next Day or 2 Day does not mean you will receive your order in 1 or 2 business days. It means you will receive your order in 1 or 2 days PLUS the amount of time it takes to print your order. Monkey Business Invitations and Announcements only ships to addresses within the United States. At this time we do not except any orders outside of the U.S.

Refund Policy

Please notify us by fax or email within 5 days of receipt of your order. If your order was not printed exactly as it appeared on the proof you received and approved, then we will reprint your order at no cost to you. If, however, your order was printed exactly as it appeared on the proof you approved and it is incorrect, we will reprint your order at a reduced cost. You will be responsible for the cost of this reprint and shipment. Monkey Business Invitations and Announcements is not responsible for errors on order forms or proofs in which you approved. Please check your proof carefully to avoid reprints.
